Reconnect, Regulate & Rise is an 8-week in-person journey to come home to yourself. Held at the beautiful Sacred Space Studio, each Sunday we’ll explore a different layer of your energetic, emotional, and nervous system landscape. You’ll be supported through guided practices, deep self-inquiry, meditation, and weekly integration tools, all specifically designed to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control. This isn’t just a chakra course, it’s an invitation to reclaim your energy, deepen your self-awareness, and rise into a more regulated, empowered version of you. You’ll receive: ✨ A 90-minute weekly in-person class ✨ A beautifully designed workbook each week ✨ A guided meditation to deepen your personal practice ✨ Access to a private WhatsApp group for connection and community ✨ Weekly group Q&A via WhatsApp Optional: Add 1 or 2 private 60-minute 1:1 sessions with me to support your deeper integration and healing, available at a reduced rate for course participants.
