About Me

Master Intuitive Psychology Coach, Meditation Teacher & Magick Maker

For most of my life, I felt like I was waiting—waiting to grow up,

to figure it all out, to find what was missing, to finally feel happy.

On the outside, I was confident, loud, and full of life. On the inside,

I felt lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected - too ashamed of how I 

felt inside to ask for help. I searched for answers in self-help books,

wished on every birthday candle. I felt like I was too much and not

ever enough, I battled daily with my brain.

At 27 I was burntout and broken down. Everything I thought I knew gone, almost overnight.

What I had was a second chance at life. To live a life I wanted.

I had a knowing, that everything I'd been through was for a reason. I made what felt like the first conscious choice I had ever made and took radical responsibility for the part I was playing in my own life and I began to heal.

The more I welcomed the dark, the more space I made for the light, and that light began to grow from within me and spill out all around. I came home to who I truly am, underneath everything I have been told to be.

At 29 I used my wish - not for my own happiness, but to spread that shit like wildfire. To be the hope for others I never felt like I had & to leave everyone I meet a little better than I found them. Happiness isn't out there, it's something to be found from within.

Now, at 30, I am a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach, Meditation Teacher, and Magick Maker—living in alignment with my purpose. Through my work, I hold space for others to see past their pain, find peace in the present, and step powerfully into their full potential. I’d be honoured to guide you on your own journey.

Intuitive Psychology

True transformation doesn’t come from forcing change, it comes from truly understanding yourself, showing yourself compassion and taking aligned action. Intuitive Psychology Coaching blends modern psychology with ancient wisdom, to help you tap into your own inner truth, your intuition, and take control of your own life. Coaching with me is about helping you to turn down the noise, coming home to your own inner wisdom, finding peace in the present and shining your authentic light.

​Intuitive Psychology is a holistic approach, one that integrates evidence-based psychology with intuition and spirituality. We go beyond surface-level solutions, working together to uncover and release limiting beliefs, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect you with your authentic self. My role isn’t to give you answers but to guide you in finding your own, so that your choices, your path, and your power come from within.

Through closed-eyes work, creating safety through breathwork and meditation, we’ll take a deep look into your inner world, going beyond the surface and getting to the root of unmet needs that may be holding you back. This work is not about finding yourself, it’s about remembering who you’ve always been, and embracing your own magic.​​

Meditation

Meditation has been one of the most transformative tools in my own journey, and it’s something I bring into my coaching to help others find clarity, calm, and deeper self-connection. It’s not about silencing your thoughts or forcing yourself to be still, it’s about creating space to listen, to feel, and to come home to yourself.

The first step in my own journey was all about intentionally slowing down. I have a BUSY brain, and I was on the go, 100 miles an hour at all times. Until I wasn’t. Meditation helped me to create enough space and stillness in my life to slow down and take a look around at the life I was living. Finding peace in the present moment helped unlock new doors to genuine joy and love for all of the little things life has to offer. Plus I learned so many tools to help when life is just life-ing!

In my coaching, meditation is woven into our work as a way to cultivate self-awareness, process emotions, and shift limiting beliefs. Through guided meditations, breathwork, and visualisation techniques, I help you connect with your intuition, regulate your nervous system, and create a sense of safety within yourself. Meditation allows us to move beyond surface-level thinking and access the deeper wisdom that’s always been there, waiting to be heard.

I also offer meditation classes, whether you're looking to begin or deepen your practice. These sessions explore different techniques, including mindfulness, body scans, breath awareness, and intuitive meditation, so you can find what resonates with you. Whether you’re seeking peace, healing, or a way to navigate life with more ease, meditation is a powerful tool to support your journey.
